Then we found out that there was parking to the rear and it added to the excitement of wanting to view the house! The large lounge/diner is a great place to sit and eat together as a family after work and school, and it opens out onto the sun trap, low maintenance garden. Everything we need is close by in the town, the schools are close by, as is a great local park for the kids. It's also very handy being just a few minutes away from the Red Jet ferry terminal. We couldn't have picked a better first home and we have loved living here for more than eleven years.
