  • OWNERS COMMENTS I chose this property to purchase for the buy to let rental market as I felt the size and layout of the maisonette, along with its location would be popular amongst tenants, and so it has proven to be. My current tenant has been here for seven years now. It is a quiet and tucked away place to live, yet also very convenient for daily life, as well as being a very bright and sunny home. It was by far the best property I saw in terms of its bedroom size and having the en-suite shower room and parking space were an added bonus.
