  • OWNERS COMMENTS We love this area as it is very quiet and safe. Having lived here for over eleven years, we have made many friends in the area. The extra room in the loft is great for the children to enjoy as a playroom with lots of space for our son and his toys, as well as extra storage room up there in the eaves. Our cosy multi-fuel stove in the lounge is lovely to gather around on a winters evening, watching a film with the family. Another feature here is the large, south facing garden, which we have had many summertime barbeques in over the years with friends and family. We had a 3kw Solar Panel system installed on the roof in 2011, which generates a years income of approximately £1,500 plus the additional benefit of reduced electricity bills, with 18 years left of the feeding tariff scheme for the solar panels. We hope the next owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
