  • OWNERS COMMENTS We chose this house over everything else we viewed five years ago due to its low maintenance way of living, its size, layout and very convenient location. The amount of living and social space also appealed to us greatly. Having the utility room, cloakroom and en-suite makes the house a very practical home for any growing family. Not long after moving in we replaced the garage door with a new electric up and over door, there is also power and lighting. We will be staying local when we move as Cowes has everything to offer us for daily life. We hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have amongst friendly and considerate neighbours.
