- AGENTS COMMENTS An unbelievably spacious, two bedroom flat offered for sale 'chain free' and within easy reach of the town centre, local shops, transport links across the Island, the Old Village and beautiful beach. The size and layout of the flat makes this property a great family home, buy to let opportunity, or 'lock up and leave' holiday getaway. Internally, there are two bedrooms, bathroom, a 12ft kitchen/breakfast room and a 20ft lounge! There is space aplenty on offer here. The property is available to purchase 'chain free' and also benefits from double glazed windows and gas fired central heating.
- OWNERS COMMENTS I have absolutely loved living here for the last ten years. Everything I need for daily life is close by in the town centre, as well as the Old Village and golden, sandy beach. The layout of the flat and in particular its size appealed to me greatly. There is more than enough space here for the children or grandchildren when they visit. I hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have for the last decade.
