  • OWNERS COMMENTS This has been a great home and a brilliant location to raise our family, which is why I have stayed here for sixteen years. I am only moving to be a little closer to my place of work. The size and layout of the house appealed to me greatly, as it is very sunny and spacious. Everything we need for daily life as a family is close by, and living so close to the beach is one of life's little luxuries. I hope the new owners enjoy many happy years here as we have.
