As you will doubtless have heard, the Government has announced another COVID related lockdown from Thursday 5th November 2020.
Whilst not all of the detail is yet completely clear, we can reassure you that Trigg & Co will be open and operational during the lockdown period to look after your property matters and to provide the most complete range of services that we are permitted by the Government to provide. We expect our services to include viewings, valuations, mortgages, sales progression and exchanges of contracts.
We already have clear policies and processes in place to work safely within the previously published Government Covid guidance. We will be keeping these procedures up-to-date as new guidance emerges, to make sure our staff and our clients are safe.
Our staff will, as far as possible, be based in our office but we are also fully equipped for home working should this be necessary, with modern technology and cloud based systems. If you have a transaction in progress, rest assured we will be here to support you all the way and see it through to completion. There is clearly going to be some disruption to 'business as usual' and a need to do things differently, but we will do our very best to help in every way possible and get our clients safely and succesfully moved.
