Here at Trigg & Co we’re very excited to announce the launch of our latest venture ‘Wight Holiday Lettings’, a new local and entirely independent holiday lettings agency.
Trigg & Co were established in 2013 and over the last 6 years have become the leading office on the Isle of Wight for Sales, Lettings, Commercial and Auction. Now we will be bringing that same relentless customer focussed approach to Holiday lettings.
We have been regularly asked by our clients about offering Holiday lettings, and we are delighted to bring this service to our existing and future property owners.
This complements our Residential Lettings business and provides owners with a real choice – and a ‘summer’ and ‘winter’ option.
Our aim is to transform the local holiday market, in the same way we have with our other services, by offering a better service, better product and listening to the needs of our clients.

However, if you prefer you can have the best of both worlds and switch the type of lettings you want to suit your requirements, such as 6-month winter let followed by 6 months of Holiday letting at peak times.
