We will endeavour to find a property that suits your needs.

We can also keep you constantly up-to-date via email and text messaging when the latest properties become available.

 

CONSIDER A MANAGED PROPERTY

A FULLY MANAGED PROPERTY

An increasing number of tenants insist on renting fully managed properties for complete peace of mind. Renting a managed property has the benefit of a dedicated Property Manager to handle your day-to-day issues and the assurance that your property is fully compliant with all safety regulations (including Gas Safety, Electrical Safety and Furniture and Furnishings acts).

We’re open at times to suit you, convenient for viewing after work and at weekends. Our office is open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 4.30pm Saturday. In addition, our phone lines are open 8am – 8pm, seven days a week.

In order to secure a property we recommend an early viewing.

MAKING AN OFFER:

Once you have identified a suitable property you will be required to complete an application for tenancy where you may state any special conditions of the offer and provide details of your references. We will then communicate this offer to the landlord. You will pay an administration fee to cover all pre-tenancy related costs at this stage.

ARRANGE YOUR CONTENTS INSURANCE

You will need a tenants’ contents insurance policy.

This insurance policy should be in place on or before the day you move into your new home.

MOVING IN DAY

Upon completion, we will meet you at the property and you will be given a set of keys and an inventory to check. If your property is managed by us we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager’s contact details.
